What you will do

  • Lead Regulatory Affairs activities and strategies across the product lifecycle, from pathway assessment and dossier submission to approval, renewals, variations, and compliance.
  • Monitor Saudi Arabia’s regulatory landscape and assess the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on product registrations and business operations.
  • Prepare regulatory dossiers, respond to health authority queries, maintain regulatory records, and ensure product artwork and promotional materials meet applicable requirements.
  • Build relationships with SFDA, government bodies, distributors, industry associations, and other stakeholders to facilitate registrations and regulatory processes.
  • Support public policy and advocacy initiatives by developing policy positions, industry proposals, coalitions, and science-based regulatory recommendations.
  • Provide guidance to R&D, Commercial, Quality, Supply Chain, and Legal teams while mentoring regulatory staff and managing project risks.

Requirements

  • Saudi-licensed pharmacist registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical or Personal Healthcare regulatory affairs experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Must be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical and consumer Personal Healthcare products, preferably in a multinational or regional company.
  • Strong negotiation, lobbying, communication, influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship skills.
