Junior/Mid Mobile Acquisition Specialist

Location: Hybrid office work with up to two remote days per week; the WFA policy allows working from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: €2,000–€3,200 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns.
• Refresh and test ad copy, images, and video to identify high-performing creative combinations.
• Track CPI, trial starts, initial conversion rates, and other campaign performance metrics.
• Support paid acquisition across Apple Ads, TikTok, Reddit, DSPs, and affiliate channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team on new ad angles and visual assets.
• Analyze attribution data, prepare performance reports, and contribute data-backed ideas to team discussions.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience running digital performance marketing campaigns in Google Ads.
• Understanding of CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, and CPI metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn mobile growth strategies and attribution tools.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
