What you will do

• Develop and execute a global communications strategy aligned with business objectives, growth priorities, purpose, innovation, and culture.
• Lead corporate communications, public relations, media relations, issues management, crisis communications, and reputation management.
• Build communications programs for product launches, clinical milestones, scientific congresses, regulatory approvals, and innovation announcements.
• Advise the CEO and Executive Leadership Team through speeches, presentations, thought leadership, media preparation, and leadership messaging.
• Lead global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives supporting strategy alignment, transformation, and culture.
• Establish measurement frameworks, manage agencies and communications technology, and develop a high-performing global communications organization.

Requirements

• Must work in Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise communications strategies for a global organization, including media relations, reputation management, executive communications, and issues management.
• Experience supporting major product launches, innovation communications, or commercial growth initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, executive influence, stakeholder management, and written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, consumer health, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with publicly traded companies and investor communications.
• Experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
• Advanced degree in Communications, Business, Public Affairs, or a related discipline.
