TL;DR
Retention Marketing Manager (iGaming): Planning and optimizing retention and reactivation campaigns for regional gambling markets with an accent on player segmentation, promotional economics, and localized campaign strategy. Focus on building cross-functional teams, validating hypotheses through A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance to improve regional KPIs.
Location: Remote or on-site; offices available in Warsaw, Limassol, and Yerevan.

What you will do
- Build and lead a cross-functional team within the assigned region.
- Analyze performance metrics, set priorities, and create plans to achieve regional KPIs.
- Plan monthly retention and reactivation campaigns adapted to regional trends, cultural nuances, and competition.
- Apply A/B testing and hypothesis validation to optimize promotional activities.
- Calculate campaign effectiveness forecasts and analyze post-campaign results.
- Develop player segmentation strategies to personalize marketing activities.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in retention and reactivation marketing within the gambling industry; gambling experience is mandatory.
- Experience developing welcome offers, recurring promotions, and trigger campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, including promo economics, post-campaign analysis, and knowledge of MAU, DAU, LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, GGR, and NGR.
- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle management, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
- Understanding of crypto gambling audiences, market trends, and localized campaigns across multiple GEOs.
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.

- Experience launching a new gambling or crypto product.
- Hands-on experience with crypto gambling audiences.
- Understanding of bonus abuse and fraud risks.
