Join the Insights discipline as a Senior Researcher supporting Wild Rift development. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conduct research that informs game features and player experience.

What you will do

• Generate strategic insights guiding in-game and surrounding features for Wild Rift
• Design and execute surveys and player labs in key markets
• Conduct global qualitative research to identify trends and opportunities
• Provide strategic guidance to test design assumptions and inform product development
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with analysts and data scientists for comprehensive analyses

Requirements

• BA or BS in social sciences, marketing, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in user experience, behavioral, or market research
• Professional experience in survey design and player lab execution
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analysis software
• Experience in game development or product marketing teams

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with market research vendors
• Background in product design or business strategy for consumer products
• Previous research experience on video games
