Graduate Partnerships Associate

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week under hirify.global's default-together policy

What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs across priority sectors.
• Support engagements with government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, talent partnerships, marketing, creative strategy, communications, sales, and global teams.
• Research markets and partners to identify opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, report progress, and support on-ground activations at national events.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all levels of management in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience analyzing datasets.
• Ability to deliver presentations and actionable insights.
