Logistics Supervisor, CMI Atyrau region

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the movement of people, materials, equipment, raw materials, and finished products by rail and road.
• Oversee warehouse receipt, storage, loading, unloading, shipment, and inventory management activities.
• Manage customs clearance, export documentation, monthly reporting, stock-taking, and inventory accuracy.
• Supervise approximately five employees and contractors, allocate work, and maintain required certifications and training.
• Coordinate with Production, Marketing & Sales, customers, customs authorities, and logistics providers.
• Oversee warehouse facilities, rail infrastructure, resin storage systems, forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in logistics planning, transportation, customs clearance, and export documentation.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy processes.
• Ability to ensure health, safety, regulatory, and compliant operating standards.
• Experience supervising employees and contractors and coordinating workforce training.
• Ability to manage logistics-related invoices, services, facilities, and contractors.
