Project Implementation Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Lead implementation of Go2 projects and approved local initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Critical Path Schedules, align stakeholders, and drive adherence to project timelines.
• Run weekly project update meetings and assess projects against PIM KPIs to support smooth business launches.
• Manage master data steering, PIM processes, and phase-in and phase-out activities for finished goods.
• Identify and manage potential slow-moving finished goods, raw materials, and packaging materials, including depletion and write-off action plans.
• Own the L16 Additional Operating Costs budget, analyze cost drivers, and implement spending controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience in supply chain planning, master data management, inventory control, and process improvement.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Russian, written and spoken; SAP, advanced MS Project, and MS Office skills required.
