What you will do
- Own UX/UI direction for key product areas across mobile and web platforms.
- Develop UX/UI solutions based on user research, business goals, and product requirements.
- Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Create and maintain consistent UI designs, design systems, and component libraries.
- Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with product managers, analysts, developers, and designers throughout product development.
Requirements
- Ability to independently lead the full design process from problem discovery and research through final UI implementation.
- Strong product thinking and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Portfolio featuring fintech projects and strong UX/UI case studies.
- Proven visual UI design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries, plus experience with UX research and analytics tools.
- B2+ English required, spoken and written.
