Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale ML serving architectures for real-time personalization and other AI systems.
• Transform data science prototypes into resilient, production-ready infrastructure and integrate algorithms and GenAI models into production.
• Develop streaming pipelines supporting continuous model inference and training workflows.
• Build and maintain AI agents and internal tools for AI-driven development workflows.
• Implement observability, distributed tracing, and alerting for production ML systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, architects, and engineering teams on strategic projects.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience as an ML Engineer, Backend Engineer, or in a similar role delivering scalable production solutions.
• High proficiency in Python and modern API development with FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Hands-on experience with streaming and data processing workloads using Apache Kafka, PySpark, Airflow, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
• Experience deploying containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes and using model-serving frameworks.
• Self-directed learning ability, enthusiasm for innovative technologies, and effective collaboration across business and technical functions.

Nice to have

• Production experience with personalization architectures, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning models.
