Finance Intern - Global Fixed Assets

What you will do

• Support fixed asset and project accounting activities, including capital appropriation requests, approvals, service tickets, and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities, BlackLine task certifications, reconciliations, and audit or internal control documentation.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate manual finance activities.
• Prepare data, analysis, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable business insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation projects across Global Fixed Assets.
• Maintain process documentation, training materials, standard operating procedures, and knowledge repositories while collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related business field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and work in a global, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and fixed asset or project accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data validation, and basic data analysis.
• Exposure to SAP, S/4HANA, BlackLine, or similar enterprise finance and workflow platforms.
• Interest in responsible use of AI-enabled tools while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and sound judgment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, deadline-focused, and able to manage priorities effectively.
