Project Manager/KSA Epic Delivery Owner

What you will do

• Own Epic delivery from ideation, definition, and refinement through implementation, release, and benefits realization.
• Develop delivery plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate Agile Teams, ARTs, business functions, technology teams, operations, and external partners.
• Track delivery through Jira, dashboards, status reports, delivery forums, and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor scope, schedule, quality, budget, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes.
• Maintain project documentation, support business cases and proposals, and lead post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex initiatives, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams or ARTs.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience writing Epics, features, and user stories, and supporting UAT or readiness activities.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• SAFe certification.
