Building General Maintenance (Facility Maintenance)

Location: Beer Sheva, Israel; onsite at the hirify.global facility

What you will do

• Perform general building maintenance and repair activities.
• Complete basic repairs for facilities, equipment, furniture, doors, locks, and other building components.
• Identify maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Support preventive maintenance activities that maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist with site improvement projects and technical tasks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers when needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or a similar technical role.
• Technical background and hands-on repair skills.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and move materials when required.
• Problem-solving, troubleshooting, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with reliability and attention to detail.
