What you will do

• Create complex publication and medical education content, including slide decks, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Manage end-to-end content development, documentation, and approvals in PromoMats/iEnvision.
• Lead publication-need analysis, publication-plan implementation, and assigned therapeutic-area deliverables.
• Collaborate with medical departments, scientific communication teams, healthcare professionals, institutions, and regional vendors.
• Coach and review senior and junior scientific writers while developing best practices.
• Use advanced training tools and end-user feedback to improve course content and delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience creating content for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or academia.
• More than 4 years of experience leading a therapeutic area.
• Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a similar discipline, or a medical degree.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas, Good Publication Practices, publication submission, and/or project management.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
