Trading Infrastructure Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines across platforms and environments.
• Build and maintain deployment, monitoring, automation, and operational tools.
• Administer cloud infrastructure and monitor system health across environments.
• Improve production resilience, automate server hardening, and support backup operations.
• Troubleshoot testing, deployment, and production incidents, including patching servers and resolving downtime issues.
• Provide technical leadership to the Trading Infrastructure team and unblock strategic projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in infrastructure support, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong scripting skills, such as Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD orchestration tools and exposure to deployment orchestration platforms such as Octopus Deploy.
• Proficiency with enterprise version control platforms such as GitLab and practical understanding of security models such as RBAC.
• Experience with messaging systems and debugging network protocols such as TCP or multicast is highly regarded.

Nice to have

• Financial trading floor experience; training is provided.
• B.S. in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
