Capital Programme Leads (Auckland/Waikato)

What you will do

• Support the delivery of multiple capital projects and programmes across manufacturing operations.
• Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead programme reporting, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities.
• Drive capability development in risk management, health and safety, operational readiness, and commissioning.
• Lead portfolio-wide improvement initiatives and embed best-practice project management approaches.
• Build stakeholder relationships to support collaboration and successful business outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience contributing to or leading multidisciplinary projects or programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across multiple organisational levels.
• Experience supporting business case development, investment assessment, and programme governance.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complexity into practical actions.
• Collaborative leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
• A degree in engineering, technology, science, commerce, or a related discipline.
