What you will do
- Oversee airplane operations conducted by the Aviation Department and coordinate pilot work and scheduling.
- Operate aircraft as Pilot in Command for domestic and international Part 91/135 flights.
- Prepare and review flight plans, verify aircraft performance parameters, and assess flight risks and mitigations.
- Complete simulator and aircraft training, including 135 check rides, and maintain 135 PIC qualifications.
- Participate in the Safety Management System by identifying and helping mitigate safety issues.
- Coordinate with aviation leadership, maintenance, dispatch, crew members, vendors, and passengers while delivering professional customer service.
Requirements
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate and First-Class Medical Certificate.
- At least 3,000 total fixed-wing flight hours, 1,500 PIC hours, and 1,000 hours of total jet time.
- Accident-free history, clean FAA record, no pending investigations, and no restrictions on international aircraft operations under Parts 91 and 135.
- Valid passport and FCC Radio Telephone Operator’s Permit.
- Ability to work on call, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and short-notice flights.
- Ability to pass background, criminal history, drug screening, and FAA DOT drug and alcohol program requirements.
