Associate Manager, NBC & Peacock Social Marketing

Location: Universal City, California, United States. Hybrid schedule requiring office work a minimum of four days per week.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Execute organic and paid social marketing campaigns for NBC and Peacock scripted and unscripted series.
• Support content distribution, campaign execution, and performance reporting for assigned titles.
• Manage creative requests, approvals, workflows, and asset distribution.
• Coordinate with Social Marketing and Media leads to traffic live post links for paid social amplification.
• Commission content and write or review copy for selected series and specials.
• Monitor social conversation, sentiment, and campaign performance to identify trends, learnings, and opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Expertise in social platforms and emerging creative formats.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Sprout, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
