Early Equipment Management Intern

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite, part-time with availability to work 6 hours per day.

What you will do

• Support the migration of legacy equipment and maintenance information into the Early Equipment Management framework.
• Organize, review, standardize, and maintain equipment documentation, records, and standards.
• Assist with EEM databases, trackers, and project documentation.
• Collect, validate, and analyze equipment and maintenance data for accuracy and consistency.
• Support the development of standardized templates, procedures, and reference materials.
• Provide administrative and technical support while collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 6 months remaining before graduation.
• Availability to work 6 hours per day.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles.
• Ability to analyze and validate equipment-related data.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance principles.
• Experience with technical documentation or data analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
