What you will do
- Support supply chain projects with domestic and international suppliers.
- Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, and Engineering teams on supplier performance initiatives.
- Maintain supplier action registers and follow up on corrective actions.
- Develop recovery plans and tracking reports for assigned suppliers.
- Analyze supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
- Support item balance reviews, standard work documentation, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Part-time, onsite role in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
- English and Spanish communication skills are required.
- Strong relationship-building, influence, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and solve problems with a hands-on approach.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Nice to have
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of MRP systems and supply chain processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, data analysis, metrics, or reporting tools.
