Senior Data Scientist (ML + GenAI)

What you will do

• Design and deploy time series forecasting models for demand prediction, trend analysis, and business planning.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines for tabular data, including ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and cloud deployment.
• Translate operational challenges into scalable forecasting, scheduling, and optimization solutions.
• Develop mathematical optimization and dynamic scheduling systems with OR-Tools or PuLP.
• Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to generate actionable insights from structured and temporal data.
• Maintain model monitoring, retraining, evaluation, documentation, and stakeholder communication processes.

Requirements

• Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, statsmodels, and Prophet.
• Strong knowledge of time series forecasting, statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and causal inference.
• Experience with mathematical optimization, dynamic scheduling, structured data, feature engineering, preprocessing, and temporal dependencies.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models to cloud platforms and maintaining production-ready pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and agentic systems.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field; upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency is required.
