Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant

Location: Japan

What you will do

• Consult on all aspects including presales, product demos, analysis, implementation, and end-user training of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Evaluate customer business processes and provide expertise on D365 F&O application.
• Document business requirements and develop functional design documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and global teams to align business objectives and processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and production support.
• Ensure project standards for functionality, operability, and documentation; liaise with developers and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a subject matter expert in D365 F&O with full project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of core D365 F&O modules and best practices.
• Ability to create high-quality functional documentation and gather requirements.
• Excellent business communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent; Microsoft certifications preferred; Project Management certification highly desirable.
