CRA2 - Multi-Sponsor Department

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom; requires independent on-site monitoring and flexibility to travel to clinical sites. This role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits according to contracted scope and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plans across assigned clinical trial sites.
• Deliver protocol and study training and maintain regular communication with sites.
• Evaluate site practices for protocol compliance, GCP adherence, and data quality, escalating issues when required.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, recruitment, enrollment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Maintain TMF and ISF documentation, prepare monitoring reports, follow-up letters, and action plans, and collaborate with study teams.

Requirements

• Experience conducting independent on-site monitoring visits.
• Experience managing multiple clinical trial protocols across diverse investigative sites.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Degree in life sciences or equivalent industry experience.
• Flexibility to travel to clinical sites.
• Existing UK work eligibility is required because visa sponsorship is not available.
