Senior Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Lead product design projects independently from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional squad to deliver product assets quickly and contribute to measurable business results.
• Use KPIs, testing, and data-driven analysis to inform design decisions and improve product performance.
• Partner with Product Managers to prepare designs for development and support smooth handoff and implementation.
• Contribute to design methodologies and best practices across the Product Design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Product Designer in a B2C or SaaS product team.
• High-level UX/UI craft, broad product design capabilities, and strong attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Active use of AI tools, including generative image tools, LLMs, and design-to-code tools, as part of the core workflow.
• Ability to write effective prompts, curate AI-generated outputs, and design features involving AI or automated decision-making.
• Understanding of business strategy, KPIs, A/B testing, strategic planning, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration.
