System Analyst

hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

Overview

You will gather and analyse requirements, develop detailed system designs and workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system implementations and create comprehensive documentation.

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
• Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and product teams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements

• Expertise in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Experience in creating system architecture diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL, UML, BPMN, and requirements management systems (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
