TL;DR

Business System Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing business needs and designing technical solutions for a high-load global trading platform with an accent on integration design and functional requirement specification. Focus on mapping complex business requirements to microservices architecture, data modeling, and ensuring system reliability through rigorous functional analysis.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.

Salary: from €4,400 per month net (base salary).

What you will do

  • Identify and collect requirements from both structured BRDs and informal stakeholder requests.
  • Prepare comprehensive specifications including integration flows, data models, and UI requirements.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects on system design.
  • Develop technical documentation for services and user guides.
  • Define functional testing schemes and participate in prototyping.
  • Perform risk analysis and investigate production errors.

Requirements

  • Must be able to relocate to Cyprus.
  • English: C1/C2 proficiency required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a System or technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of BPMN, UML, and requirement management techniques (Use Cases/User Stories).
  • Hands-on experience designing solutions from scratch in a microservices environment.
  • Solid understanding of REST API, HTTP, SQL, and integration processes using Kafka.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
  • Understanding of Core Infrastructure Services (networking, virtualization, servers OS).
