TL;DR

Business System Analyst: Bridging business needs and technical implementation for complex financial systems with an accent on integration design, data modeling, and requirement specification. Focus on collaborating with architects to design scalable solutions, managing the full lifecycle of technical documentation, and ensuring system quality through rigorous testing and analysis.

Location: Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation support provided).

Salary: from €4,400/month net.

What you will do

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to create detailed technical specifications.
  • Design integration flows, data models, and UI specifications in collaboration with architects.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation for developed services.
  • Define functional testing schemes and participate in prototype validation.
  • Analyze production errors and identify root causes to improve system stability.
  • Support user training and onboarding for new system functionalities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a System or technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in BPMN, UML, and requirements management techniques.
  • Hands-on experience designing integration schemas involving Kafka and REST APIs.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and database theory.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and core infrastructure services.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework.
