Quality Control Supervisor (Laboratory Quality Assurance)

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite

Salary: USD 65,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and maintain quality management systems for food service and laboratory operations in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable regulations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Maintain laboratory accreditations and oversee document control, training, equipment qualification, and calibration.
• Host regulatory agency and customer compliance audits, coordinate responses, and track corrective action commitments.
• Manage internal audit schedules and conduct annual quality system and periodic management reviews.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and laboratory personnel to address complaints, improve processes, and enhance laboratory products and services.

Requirements

• University degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven technical quality assurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of analytical laboratory operations and services.
• Experience with quality management systems, preferably under ISO/IEC 17025.
• Knowledge of applicable Canadian, US, and international standards and regulations, including ISO 9001, cGMP, and GLP.
