Social Media / Marketing Intern (Digital Marketing): Planning, producing, publishing, and monitoring social media content for LinkedIn and other channels with an accent on editorial calendars, video and post creation, and performance analysis. Focus on analyzing reach, engagement, impressions, clicks, and other metrics, preparing reports, and improving marketing campaigns based on data insights.
Location: Hybrid work in Curitiba or Pomerode, Brazil

What you will do
- Plan social media content and organize editorial calendars.
- Create and publish LinkedIn posts, videos, and other social media content.
- Participate in events to produce content for social media channels.
- Monitor publication performance and analyze reach, engagement, impressions, followers, and clicks.
- Prepare reports and propose improvements based on data and performance insights.
- Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and design.
- Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions from performance results.
- Knowledge of video editing and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, curiosity, and creativity.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva or Figma.
- Experience building AI agents for marketing.
- Experience analyzing social media metrics.
- Knowledge of copywriting.
- A portfolio or personal content-related project.
