Business Development Manager (Events)

What you will do

• Cultivate and manage key strategic accounts to drive revenue.
• Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and refine business models.
• Research, evaluate, and secure tenders for major sports and entertainment events in Cyprus.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with governmental bodies, regulatory agencies, and venue operators.
• Provide leadership, monitoring, and strategic road-mapping for sales teams to exceed targets.
• Attend high-profile large-scale events to maintain deep market and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• In-depth experience within the event industry specifically in Cyprus.
• Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to develop sales budgets and analyze team performance against targets.
• Must be based in and work on-site in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Greek.
