Finance and Administrative Specialist - Medical Affairs (Fixed Term Contract) (MedTech)

Location: Marsa, Malta

Salary: Minimum annual base salary of €40,800, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage the Global Medical Affairs annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly actuals for the acute business.
• Coordinate Annual Operating Planning and Long-Range Planning activities.
• Monitor expenses and align financial plans with forecasts in collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and accounting teams.
• Plan and oversee medical activities, initiatives, events, and allocated projects within approved budgets.
• Provide administrative support for Medical Directors’ projects, including consultancy, IME, and HEOR activities.
• Track project progress and resources, and report issues and updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of expense reporting software such as Concur Management System.
• Fluent and polished English at C1 level.
• Strong self-organization, attention to detail, professional communication, collaboration, and adaptability.
• Ability to handle sensitive corporate information with confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and compliance.
