Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead (IPF/PAH)

Location: Berchem, Belgium; high flexibility to travel internationally if needed

What you will do

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support procedure training.
• Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on clinical trial protocols.
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial subjects.
• Analyze customer records and customize strategies to maximize pre-screening, screening, and enrollment.
• Complete electronic reporting, organize group events, and manage objections to optimize program delivery.
• Maintain current technical knowledge of relevant specialties and disease areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
• Clinical research experience at the site level.
• Prior experience with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and/or Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is required.
• Clinical competence in the relevant therapeutic area and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good command of English and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions, solve problems, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate cultural awareness.

Nice to have

• Nurse or other healthcare professional background.
• Clinical Research Associate experience.
