GMP Biomanufacturing Operator II

Location: Fargo, North Dakota, United States; onsite. Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m., with occasional weekend or extended/altered schedules based on production needs.

What you will do

• Execute GMP manufacturing processes including transformations, cell banking, fermentation, lysis, chromatography, diafiltration, and final fill.
• Support production of pDNA, mRNA, and protein products.
• Maintain manufacturing areas through segregation, line clearance, cleaning, and contamination-control practices.
• Apply aseptic technique and follow safety, quality, gowning, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and demonstrate competency in core manufacturing processes.
• Support continuous improvement and process standardization using hirify.global Business System tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English, with communication skills for reporting, documentation, and scheduling.
• Basic math skills, including arithmetic, ratios, proportions, and conversions.
• Ability to use hands, stand or sit for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended/altered schedules when required by production needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or GMP biomanufacturing.
• Experience following standard operating procedures.
• Experience training individuals or teams.
