TL;DR

Technical Project Manager (Carrier Integrations) (Telecom/API Integrations): Driving end-to-end mobile network operator integrations from signed contract to live traffic with an accent on API documentation, eSIM and interconnect flows, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on translating carrier technical specifications into execution plans, resolving integration risks, and building the playbook for a new technical project management function.

Location: Hybrid, with regular time expected in one of hirify.global' hubs and occasional travel for workshops, customer meetings, and company off-sites.

What you will do

Orchestrate carrier integration programs using timelines, status trackers, risk and decision logs, and launch-readiness checklists.
Drive delivery from signed contract to live traffic, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across Product, Engineering, Connectivity Operations, carriers, and vendors.
Read carrier API documentation and technical specifications, translating them into sequenced integration build plans.
Partner with Engineering on API contracts, eSIM and interconnect flows, network configuration, architecture discussions, and technical trade-offs.
Set the pace for internal teams and external carriers, ensuring accountability and timely resolution of issues.
Build the tools, templates, and operating playbook for the new carrier integration function.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, technical delivery, or solutions/partner engineering at a technology company.
Hands-on experience running API-based integrations and the ability to read API documentation and technical specifications.
Ability to hold substantive technical conversations with engineers about architecture and trade-offs.
Experience owning ambiguous, multi-stakeholder builds end-to-end, including external partners, from kickoff to launch.
Structured communication skills and the ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, and external carrier or vendor stakeholders.
Bias toward identifying risks early and driving them to resolution, plus motivation to build a new function from scratch.

Nice to have

Exposure to telecom, MVNO, eSIM, or mobile network operator ecosystems.
