Lead Client Advisor (Fintech)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid model with part of the work from home and part from the office

Salary: EUR 46,420–65,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned portions of client implementation and integration engagements, including system conversions, product launches, and testing initiatives.
• Act as a business and technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Build client relationships and partner with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Manage implementation activities and milestones to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop implementation deliverables, testing strategies, validation plans, and client readiness activities while mitigating risks.
• Coordinate training, business validation, certification, and data verification before production transition.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading complex client engagements using industry expertise and best practices.
• Understanding of payment card issuing, systems integration, and regulatory requirements across the UK, EMEA, and APAC markets.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, manage client relationships, and lead cross-functional and matrix teams.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Management experience and Global Payments experience.
• TS2 knowledge.
• Testing, business analysis, and large-scale product conversion or launch experience.
