What you will do
- Support linguist recruitment, profile vetting, testing setup, and coordination for client projects.
- Assist Quality Managers with data extraction, cleanup, analysis, internal reports, and quality auditing tasks.
- Maintain glossaries and use ’s technology suite for enterprise localization quality activities.
- Monitor linguist performance during trial periods, provide feedback, and support engagement and motivation.
- Complete assigned tasks end to end, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while proposing process improvements.
- Assist with administrative activities, including submitting payment requests for freelancers.
Requirements
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, Language Studies, or a related field preferred.
- Understanding of translation, localization, or linguistic quality assurance.
- Familiarity with CAT tools and other translation software.
- Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent computer and web skills, particularly with G Suite and Google Sheets.
