hirify.global's Creative Marketing team develops visual concepts, brand communications, and advertising materials across digital and print formats.

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and key visuals for brand advertising and communications.
• Create campaign creatives, banners, social media materials, presentations, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Maintain and evolve the brand identity through design systems, templates, components, and usage guidelines.
• Retouch imagery, create collages, illustrations, and vector assets, and source and process visual content.
• Use generative AI tools to explore visual directions, create source materials, and streamline routine work.
• Prepare print-ready files, clarify briefs, present visual solutions, and collaborate with the Creative Marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• A degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or another design-related field.
• Strong knowledge of typography, composition, colour theory, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating multi-channel digital assets, scalable visual systems, design components, templates, and commercial print files.
• Russian proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2+) and a commercial portfolio are required.

Nice to have

• English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1).
