CG Artist / Creative Retoucher

What you will do

• Create promotional visuals, banners, and key visuals for marketing campaigns.
• Build cohesive compositions by combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and other visual elements.
• Perform advanced artistic retouching, including lighting adjustments, color grading, atmosphere, and visual effects.
• Refine and integrate 3D renders into polished promotional creatives.
• Develop visuals from briefs, references, and abstract concepts while maintaining strong visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams, adapting visuals for different formats and platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, promo design, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating promotional creatives, key visuals, and high-quality retouching.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and practical experience with compositing and photo manipulation.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working with 3D renders and integrating them into complex compositions.
• Fluency in Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
• Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
• Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Understanding of marketing creatives, visual trends, and user attention patterns.
