Talent Sourcing Partner (French Speaking)

Location: Budapest, Hungary — hybrid working

Salary: Ft9,120,000–Ft12,160,000 per year

What you will do

• Source, engage, and evaluate qualified talent through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for key roles across Europe and more than 10 countries.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a first point of contact for sourcing needs.
• Support relationships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Prepare market mapping data with the Talent Insights team and present findings to business leaders.
• Contribute to high-volume recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to identify relevant profiles, engage candidates, and maintain warm talent relationships.
• Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and standardizing practices across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, candidate management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, Applicant Tracking Systems, and HR information systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English and French required.
