What you will do

• Lead Clinical Pharmacology, pharmacokinetic, and pharmacodynamic activities across multiple major drug development projects.
• Advise R&D leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on scientific strategies, action plans, and critical development decisions.
• Assess project risks, develop contingency plans, manage timelines, and align deliverables across time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Review clinical protocols and scientific reports for regulatory filings, lead regulatory document preparation, and respond to agency comments.
• Conduct due diligence assessments and represent Clinical Pharmacology on business development teams.
• Drive process improvements, departmental goals, and potentially manage, mentor, and delegate work to personnel.

Requirements

• PhD with typically 7+ years of relevant experience, PharmD with typically 9+ years, MS or equivalent with typically 15+ years, or BS or equivalent with typically 17+ years.
• Relevant experience in pharmacokinetics, PBPK, PK/PD, pharmacometrics, systems pharmacology, drug metabolism, or transporters.
• Demonstrated leadership in PK/PD, biopharmaceutics, and pharmacometric activities across multiple projects.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic or functional areas and a range of drug development phases.
• Scientific project leadership and project management skills, including scope management, progress tracking, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict-management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
