What you will do

• Write, summarize, edit, and review clinical and regulatory documents, including protocols, clinical study reports, and summary documents.
• Structure document architecture and content to communicate strategic information clearly and effectively.
• Coordinate deliverables across the medical writing group, platform teams, other units, and external collaborators.
• Define and propose timelines for group deliverables in collaboration with authoring and submission teams.
• Define and request quality control for group deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or first-author publications in international journals.
• Scientific degree, preferably a PhD, in medicine, pharmacy, or a related life science discipline.
• Ability to prepare simple documentation clearly, accurately, and concisely in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent spoken and written English, including knowledge of standardized writing styles, is required.
• Strong written communication, planning, interpersonal, teamwork, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive working skills.
