Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Location: Cyprus, Poland, or Ukraine; hybrid work format

What you will do

• Source, onboard, manage, and scale affiliate partners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and commercial conditions.
• Analyze traffic performance and metrics including FTD, ROI, CPA, RevShare, and LTV.
• Optimize traffic funnels, offers, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor traffic quality, perform basic fraud analysis, and work with trackers, CRM systems, and affiliate platforms.
• Test new GEOs and traffic sources while collaborating with Fraud, Retention, and Marketing teams to achieve KPI targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming.
• Understanding of affiliate metrics such as FD, RD, R2D, LTV, and churn.
• Experience managing and developing affiliate partners, including communication and negotiation.
• Basic understanding of traffic sources including Facebook, SEO, PPC, ASO, and UAC.
• Ability to analyze traffic performance and draw conclusions from data.
• Adaptability, initiative, resilience, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Basic experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Participation in industry conferences.
• Existing contacts or a network in affiliate marketing.
• Examples of personal contributions to successful growth, scaling, or performance-improvement cases.
