Working Student (f/m/d) Program Analytics & Process Automation

Location: Hamburg, Germany; hybrid setup available

What you will do

• Develop and implement process automations with Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain project and subsidy-related data across systems.
• Support automated monitoring, verification, and compliance processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for program leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with operational and organizational activities within program management.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with structured and complex datasets.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, independent working style.
• Reliable working practices are required for potential security-related tasks and security certification requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or similar business intelligence and automation tools.
• Interest in technology, business processes, data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation.
