Senior Business System Analyst (AI)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Relocation support to Serbia is provided.

What you will do

• Identify and elaborate business needs with product managers and support teams, while analyzing ERP competitors, technologies, products, and features.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for features involving multiple integrations.
• Evaluate, analyze, test, and document functionality; structure information and write functional design specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, analysts, and QA engineers throughout development, debugging, and testing.
• Perform acceptance testing, report bugs, troubleshoot customer issues, and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate new features to technical and non-technical audiences and help manage the product backlog.

Requirements

• Higher technical education in computer systems, information systems and technologies, system analysis, management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in system analysis, software design, and development of functional specifications.
• 10+ years of experience in the business software development industry.
• Understanding of software design principles, software engineering processes, and software product lifecycles.
• Strong systems thinking, complexity management, information structuring, impact analysis, technical writing, and technical communication skills.
• Professional English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a software developer, programming analyst, or in another coding-related role.
• Business analysis experience with complex ERP-like products and products with continuous maintenance lifecycles.
• C# and .NET experience.
• Experience integrating microservices or cloud services.
• Russian language knowledge.
