What you will do

  • Lead or support the execution of healthcare market research projects and development of proposals.
  • Own key workstreams and deliver high-quality outputs with limited guidance.
  • Develop research materials and project deliverables across the research lifecycle.
  • Design questionnaires, table specifications, code frames, report charts, and key takeaway messages for quantitative studies.
  • Develop discussion guides, conduct in-depth interviews with supervision, and prepare qualitative analysis and reports.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, priorities, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in market research, preferably in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, or in marketing/product management within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Experience with either quantitative or qualitative research is acceptable.
  • Ability to develop market research methodology and healthcare industry knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management, professionalism, and attention to detail.
