Global IT Specialist – Cyber Security (Cyber Security)

What you will do

• Manage and advance the FHCS IT security program and strengthen the global cyber security posture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies with the security operations center to improve cyber resilience.
• Advise key stakeholders and collaborate with international teams and Freudenberg Group peers.
• Support IT security and compliance initiatives focused on risk mitigation and operational improvement.
• Monitor and analyze security and compliance KPIs against internal and external standards.
• Define, document, and improve incident response policies, workflows, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and IT security.
• Analytical mindset, collaborative approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills and business-fluent English.
• Knowledge of project management methods; initial project management experience is desirable.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack.
• German language skills.
