What you will do

• Lead pricing and reimbursement projects for new drugs and indications.
• Manage post-launch pricing events, including price changes related to generic competition.
• Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies and assess the feasibility of new pipeline products.
• Analyze global pharmacoeconomic models and develop local pharmacoeconomic data.
• Lead environment-shaping activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide reimbursement criteria guidance, manage rejections, and partner with cross-functional teams on business strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3+ years in market access.
• Experience with health economics and outcomes research or health economic evaluation projects.
• Knowledge of general medicine or pharmacy and clinical practice.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy, or equivalent healthcare-provider training.
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills with internal and external customers.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean is required.
