What you will do
- Develop and implement local medical strategies and plans for hematology products, with a focus on CAR-T and related cell therapy assets.
- Lead integrated evidence-generation and dissemination plans by identifying evidence gaps and research questions.
- Plan and execute advisory boards, medical education activities, scientific meetings, and external expert engagements.
- Provide scientific input to commercial, regulatory, market access, launch, and CAR-T readiness activities.
- Lead local company-sponsored studies from concept development through execution and publication, and coordinate investigator-initiated studies.
- Review promotional, medical, training, and educational materials for scientific accuracy, balance, and compliance.
Requirements
- Relevant life-science degree; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Clinical practice experience of at least 1–2 years or pharmaceutical industry experience of at least 5 years; hematology experience is highly preferred.
- Strong scientific and therapeutic knowledge, including research, scientific publication interpretation, clinical research, and clinical trial design.
- Knowledge of the national healthcare and access system in Korea.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal stakeholders, external experts, investigators, and academic societies.
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
