Away-From-Home Sales & Marketing Intern

What you will do

• Lead the Chef Alliance partnership with Dubai College of Tourism, including kitchen-space bookings, student coordination, and culinary event opportunities.
• Drive the culinary training and customer engagement calendar and prepare strategy-aligned training materials.
• Create sales tools, product catalogues, New Product Development brochures, and other trade marketing materials.
• Propose and organize trade events, analyze results, and coordinate permanent POSM implementation across countries, accounts, and items.
• Conduct weekly market visits, review menus, assess portfolio gaps, document findings, and support customer and distributor relationship building.
• Analyze monthly sales data, research local food trends and new openings, identify account opportunities, and support QSR project management.

Requirements

• Recent or soon-to-be-completed university degree or equivalent.
• Curiosity, willingness to work with people, and passion for learning.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Digital literacy, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Availability to work from the Dubai Office.
