TL;DR
Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Next.js/React Native): Building performant user interfaces for customer, broker, and internal lending applications with an accent on mobile experiences, responsive design, and design-led development. Focus on integrating mobile applications with APIs and third-party services, improving frontend architecture, and mentoring engineers while delivering features end-to-end.
Location: Hybrid in Cebu or Manila, Philippines

What you will do
- Build performant, high-quality user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks.
- Implement feature designs across customer, broker, and internal software with product and engineering teams.
- Write robust, well-tested code and identify opportunities for technical improvement and refactoring.
- Apply AI-led engineering to design, build, and accelerate modern applications.
- Participate in design and code reviews, support peers, and maintain engineering quality standards.
- Mentor engineers and promote frontend best practices and a culture of quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer.
- 5+ years of experience with React, Next.js, and React Native.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals with a deep understanding of the web platform.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping mobile applications using Expo and mobile deployment workflows.
- Experience with responsive design, mobile UI/UX, APIs, third-party integrations, and App Store and Google Play release processes.
- Ability to own features from architecture through delivery, communicate clearly, mentor others, and work with modern UI frameworks and component libraries.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with ShadCN, Radix UI, PrimeVue, or equivalent component libraries.
