Social Writer, AVP - Corporate Affairs

Location: New York, United States

Expected annual base salary: $105,000–$150,000, plus potential bonuses, equity, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop distinctive ideas and narratives that make complex investment topics accessible to different audiences.
• Create platform-native social copy for posts, campaigns, videos, graphics, articles, and newsletters.
• Write executive and employee social content supporting private wealth messaging and corporate channel strategy.
• Review interviews and long-form videos to identify moments suitable for scalable social formats.
• Shape creative briefs and collaborate with designers, producers, video editors, and channel marketers on integrated campaigns.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Public Affairs, Legal, and Compliance to align content with brand objectives and industry regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in writing, editing, and digital content creation.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including the ability to simplify complex investment concepts.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, alternative investments, and wealth management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to execute feedback.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and collaborating in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in AI-assisted content workflows, including prompt writing and rapid iteration; writing sample required.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for institutional or high-net-worth audiences.
• Experience optimizing content for search discoverability, including SEO/GEO.
